Role-based access control
Around 100 permissions control who can see salaries, photos, reports and documents. Each one can cover the whole company or just one team.
Private photo storage
Clock-in selfies are stored privately per company and per employee, and can only be opened by users with permission to view them.
Secure sign-in
Token-based authentication, invite-only accounts that stay inactive until the employee sets their own password, and secure token storage on mobile.
Tamper-resistant attendance
Punch times are checked against the server clock, locations against your geofence, and every mobile punch requires a photo.

Can another company ever see our data?
No. Each company has its own database and its own subdomain. Requests are resolved to exactly one workspace, and data from different companies is never mixed.
Who inside our company can see sensitive information?
You decide. Salary, bank details, clock-in photos and reports are all protected by permissions that you assign through custom roles.
How are passwords handled?
We never send passwords by email. New employees receive a secure link to set their own password, and passwords can be reset the same way.
Are public forms protected against abuse?
Yes. Sign-up, contact and sales forms are rate-limited, and the contact form includes bot protection.
