Common questions
How does per-employee pricing work?
You are billed for active employees each month, so the price grows with your team instead of jumping between tiers. Deactivated staff are not billed. There is a minimum of 5 employees, so very small teams pay a small fixed floor. The calculator on the pricing page shows exactly what you would pay.
What happens after my free trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically. When the trial ends you choose whether to subscribe. Every add-on is switched on during the trial so you can see the whole product before deciding what you need.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free trial only needs your company details and an email address.
Can I add or remove add-ons later?
Yes. Request a change from the Billing page inside the app or contact us, and our team will update your subscription.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. A yearly plan costs the same as ten months, so you get two months free.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Let us know and your subscription will not renew. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
If something goes wrong in the first 30 days of a paid plan, email us and we will make it right.
