Employees clock in from the web or the mobile app. Every punch is checked against your office geofence, stamped with a photo and a street address, and shows up on the team board the moment it happens.
Geofenced clock-in
Draw a radius around each office. Punches outside it are refused, and the employee sees which office is nearest and how far away they are.
Photo-verified punches
The mobile app takes a front-camera selfie with every clock-in and clock-out, stored privately and visible only to people with permission.
Tamper-resistant timestamps
The server only accepts punch times within two minutes of its own clock, and never in the future, so nobody can backdate a clock-in.
Live team board
Clock-ins and clock-outs appear in real time for managers, with the photo, location and status of every punch.

Attendance & time tracking: common questions
What happens if someone tries to clock in from home?
If they are not marked as a remote employee, the punch is refused and they are shown the nearest office and their distance from it. Remote employees skip the geofence check.
Can employees fake the time of a punch?
No. The server checks the time the button was tapped against its own clock and rejects anything more than two minutes off or in the future.
Who can see the clock-in photos?
Photos are stored privately per company and per employee. Only users whose role includes permission to view attendance can open them.
Do we need special hardware?
No. Employees use their own phone or a browser. There are no biometric terminals to buy or maintain.
