How long does it take to set up?
Most teams are running on day one. Create your workspace, add your offices, leave types and holidays, then invite employees. They set their own passwords from the invitation email.
What is a workspace?
Your workspace is your company’s private space in 365 HR Solutions. It has its own web address, such as acme.365hrsolutions.com, and its own separate database.
How does per-employee pricing work?
You are billed for active employees each month, so the price grows with your team instead of jumping between tiers. Deactivated staff are not billed. There is a minimum of 5 employees, so very small teams pay a small fixed floor. The calculator on the pricing page shows exactly what you would pay.
What happens after my free trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically. When the trial ends you choose whether to subscribe. Every add-on is switched on during the trial so you can see the whole product before deciding what you need.
What is included in the base plan?
Attendance and time tracking, leave management, employee records and org structure, documents and announcements, reports and analytics, roles and permissions, and the mobile app.
Which features cost extra?
